Sponsored by Children of the Andes Humanitarian (COTAH), the UECIB ¨Saminay - El Legado¨ is a technical college in Agricultural Production, approved by the Ministry of Education that provides not only educational assistance, but also food to the youth of six indigenous communities located in one of the most rugged and mountainous areas of Ecuador. Currently, the Center serves 99 students whose training ranges from the eighth grade of Basic to the third grade of Baccalaureate.
